1. Flower arrangements shown in Pictures are indicative. It may be possible that actual arrangement varies due to availability of seasonal flowers and other reasons beyond our control.
2. If ordered flowers / cake / chocolates / sweets are not available, customer will be given the option to choose other flower / cake / chocolates / sweets if order is given 1 day in advance.
3. For same day delivery orders if ordered flowers / cakes / chocolates / sweets are not available we shall deliver available best quality flowers / cake / chocolates / sweets of equal value or costumer has the option to get 100% refund of their money.
4. If chosen gift item is not available, customer will be given the option to choose other item(s) or costumer has the option to get 100% refund of their money.
5. In case of incomplete/incorrect address resulting in non-delivery, no refund is possible due to the perishable nature of the product and the infrastructure costs involved.
6. Delivery schedule varies between same day delivery to delivery within three to seven business days for courier Item(s) depending on the destination city or town. However, in all metropolitan cities we deliver on the same day, within two business days in all major cities towns and within three business days in all other places.
7. Gift items like Chocolates, Dry Fruits, Tupperware are normally dispatched through courier and we cannot guarantee exact time of delivery. Delivery can be done only to those areas, which are covered by our Courier company.
8. If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we shall take the order as delivered and the item will be handed over to a relative/neighbour/colleague unless otherwise specified. However we always try to take an appointment over phone before delivery.
9. Refusal of item by the recipient is considered as a complete delivery. No refund will be possible.
10. In case no date of delivery is mentioned along with order, we shall deliver / dispatch within 24 hours.
11. Delivery of certain items may not be possible under certain uncontrollable circumstances. However, you always have a right to get 100% refund of your money.
12. No claim of whatsoever nature under any circumstances will be tenable other than the claim for 100% refund of payment made. All such claims if any, are to be raised within 24 hours of delivery /non delivery.
13. We can not guarantee the exact time of delivery, though we'll take maximum care to have your flowers, cakes and gifts delivered at the requested time.
14. The owners of the site retains the right to refuse any order unconditionally.
